Overall a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. Room was very nice although a little small. Very quiet, comfortable bed and a hot shower. Now for the bad, all minor. No washcloth for the shower, only 1 free bottle of water when booked for 2 people. The shower door missing the seals causing minor water problems in the bathroom. The air conditioning was way too cold and apparently the thermostat in my room didnt work correctly. The store items are OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICED! No pool but that didn’t bother me as I knew that before booking. The hotel is very close to Venture Plaza and lots of food options. Security is very good and friendly. We used to live in the Cabos neighborhood so we knew exactly where this hotel was located and that is why we picked it. With a few minor fixes this is a 5 star all day. Definitely a great choice for families and foreigners visiting Cucuta. Also there was always at least 2 taxis in front during the day or very close by. On a side note my room had a fantastic view

Hay un centro comercial aproximadamente a 4 cuadras del hotel donde consigues desde casa de cambio hasta opciones para comer. En el hotel hay restaurante pero no aceptan dólares y no aceptan tarjeta electrónica para pagar. Para que lo tengan en cuenta si se van a hospedar deben cambiar sus dólares a pesos antes de llegar. De resto todo normal. Gracias
