Room was ok. Fridge either didnt work or wasnt plugged in. Faucet was drippy, kind of annoying. The two best things were real big tv, and the best water pressure ive had at any hotels. The water pressure is like my #1 thing i look for. With that being said it drained super slow so i had to stand in half foot of water.

Daryl was so very kind and helpful. He went beyond expectations to make my time comfortable as I needed a bar in the bathtub. The room was dated but very clean. I would stay again.

This hotel is disgusting. There is mold in the bathroom. Stains all over the rooms, every mattress is broken, the carpet is sticky, show dirty. What more do you need to hear? The bar team was rude. There is no room service. The person working the pantry was mean to people. The restaurant turned people away a full 30 min before closing. Waste of money. This place is gross and not an enjoyable experience.

Room was never cleaned despite asking repeatedly each day. Never! The front desk advised me, “we sent an email, I don’t know why they didn’t clean for the entire stay. Empty rooms on the floor were propped open with towels it looked like an abandoned property.

Quick and friendly check-in; clean room and comfy pillow. Just have to mention that there was a pile of dirty dishes stacked in the corner outside our door. It was there when we arrived and was still there when we left to check out.

Our room was fairly musty, lots of dust and mold in the bathroom which was concerning. Staff was nice, the location was good and over all it was a okay stay.

Two things that stand out. One, there is no handicap parking available at the hotel, unless you are willing to pay the fee for valet parking, which was $29.50/night, and it seems punitive to have people with mobility issues to need to pay to park to stay at the hotel. I was told by the person I called that if I had mobility issues, perhaps it would be better to park across the street in a pay lot. Two, when we arrived at 3pm we were told our room wasn't ready by a young woman at the desk. She took my phone number and said a text would be sent once the room was ready. When I asked if she could estimate how long it would be she told me tersely that normal check in time wasn't until after 4pm. We sat in the lobby for another 20 minutes watching everyone that came to the desk get room keys and proceed to the elevators. At that point I returned to the desk to ask if there was something we could have done differently to get a room faster because obviously they had rooms, everyone else was going to their rooms. The gentleman asked me my name, and if I needed to have an 'accessible' room. When I made the reservation, it assigned me an available room which happened to be accessible, but it wasn't required, and because this gentleman asked me if I needed one (which the young woman didn't) he was able to switch rooms and give us a room key right away. If the young woman had mentioned an accessible room or asked me if I needed one, it would be have been easier to avoid frustrat

The hotel is centrally located downtown with easy walking distance to most important things. Well kept and very clean. Inside the hotel lobby is some of the original architecture from early 1900's.
