The hotel decor is breathtaking! They have the second largest art collection , after the art museum. Truly beautiful, yet comfortable and welcoming. Bed was wonderful - Best sleep I had all week. And the restaurant has a delightful atmosphere and delicious, artfully presented meals. Wish I didn’t have to leave so soon for my flight home. I felt very special here. I loved this hotel!

Was very cool to see all the artwork and paintings all over the hotel. Staff was super friendly, english was good and breakfast was not just toast. The only negative was the TV volume was too low and we couldn’t turn it up. Maybe we could have asked someone to do it but we never did. The airport shuttle was not free but affordable and reliable.The rooftop pool was nice and was very shady.

I thought that all the att was nice to look at. The hotel was very clean. The staff at the restaurant and pool bar were great. The things I did not like were that you were on your own for tours. It would have been nice if they helped with booking tours at the hotel. I also had trouble getting my shower soap filled in the evening. They could only fill it during cleaning hours. I was told we had to be in the room to get it filled. Very confusing. It was nice that everyone spoke English that helped alot. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

We arrived earlier than the check in time (at 10:30 AM). We were told that we can check in, but must pay an extra $34. That created a very bad taste and reflected greed, instead of being inviting. I have never seen any hotel ever that charged an early check in fee, till today. Otherwise, hotel is good.

Everything is great but…

Everything was great except 1) they did not upgrade me (the bed was a bit small for me), 2) when I asked for late check up for one hour because my flight was delayed, they went straight to “we need to charge you extra for late check out.” - very rude and disappointing!!’😤😤😤

Don't miss Studio Hotel

We stayed and Studio Hotel for the second time after the first experience was very pleasurable. The rooms are great, the staff extremely friendly, and the location is hard to beat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is beautiful and modern. The art around the property is amazing!! Staff was pleasant. The listing for the king indicates washer and dryer which is not the case. They charge to use coffee maker in room. They offer a non alcoholic welcome drink if interested. No ice on floor must go down to hotel. Overall an ok stay
