Our stay at the property was nice overall. The location is excellent, and everything you would need is within walking distance. There is also public transportation right outside, with free bus service around the island and to/from the airport. With only 12 rooms, the hotel was quiet. There is a shared kitchen area, and we were able to use the refrigerator to keep our beverages cold. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is dated, and the room is nothing fancy but for our purpose it was fine. The only bad thing was that we did see a few roaches in the room - they gave us a can of Raid, and we were able to go on the attack.

You get what you pay for. Once you get comfortable, it’s a great location. You can walk to beach, grocery store and many restaurants. Ubers are inexpensive and get you everywhere else you want to go. There hot water is luke warm at best. We will return.

I like that was verry closed to the beach The only thing I didn't like the place have a front gate I heard opening and closing all night I would like to stay there again I was staying in the front not too far from gate I would stay there longer but If I do Would stay far from the gate

Best location for the price! I really enjoyed my stay! This was my first time here in this area. I chose this place because of LOCATION, how close it was to everything I needed. It was in walking distance to my car rental return, and a 10 min drive or less to the airport! Everything you need is on this strip. Good food, bars, Walgreens, beaches, dispensaries, gift shops! The rooms were clean! The cleaning lady is awesome, the whole staff had a great personality! The place has a homely feel, with a little kitchen area with a fridge, stove, toaster oven, a microwave, and coffee maker. Very hot showers and ice cold AC! There is only a so many rooms here , so it was amazingly very quiet! Not a lot of traffic and noise inside of the hotel. They lock the gates and close off the parking lot at night .I felt very safe here. I had a perfect view of the strip from my window . Would recommend this place, and will be returning one day! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience.
