Liked the location. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. The only negative, no pull side service and beds were small and uncomfortable. You can hear noises and other guests in rooms next door.

Details are important.

The stay was good. Room view was excellent until you look down to the lower floor roof top from our room 814 and see all collected trash and debris. Not acceptable for this type of hotel. The employees were super nice, but one pool employee that had an attitude. The food at Rustico was excellent. The lobby furniture looks rundown. Missing some amenities in room like magnifying mirror in bathroom and a new hair dryer. This hotel is and Icon hotel for the island and Hilton. But overall our stay was great.

The property is old and has a lot of leaky areas in the ceiling. The elevator to the lower level of the garden wing was not working and I had to use the service elevator to get to the first floor. It smelled like a musty old basement. My door to the patio area from the room wouldn't close and the wind whistled through it all night. The food on the buffet line the next morning was cold.

Our room was dirty on check in. There was no hot water at all-at best you get a cool shower. Check out is at 12 but they check you out early so I currently no longer have access to the amenities that I paid $50 a day for and no access to my room to be able to take a shower before I leave for my flight. One night stay and resort fee with a 12 o’clock check out time yet that’s not what I got.
