Beautiful grounds and amazing beach view. Unfortunately the maintenance of some key features was poor. 2 beach decks were closed to access, one of them for consecutive years, one elevator out of 2 was not working, the shower faucet in our room was dripping constantly and the room was noisy due to the proximity of the one functioning elevator. Amazing place but needs to step up its maintenance plan.

Hotel is outdated and needs renovation. There is mold near AC, on the balcony and in the bathroom. No hot water in the room every day from 10 am to about 8 pm. For the price they charge, it is unacceprable. Outside area is beautiful, private beach is very nice and opportunity to walk to Old Town is a big plus.

We only stay at the Caribe Hilton when we visit PR because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Being between Condado and Old San Juan couldn’t be a better location. The property is beautiful and the service is excellent. Highly recommended

Do not be fooled by the pictures the updates are an illussion. The rooms were dusty and dirty. The resort staff were less than friendly. We ordered food on the beach that took well over an hour. When we inquired with the staff we were met with total rudeness and hostility. I’ve not been this displeased with a resort in a very long time. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again based on this experience.
