The Casa Paraiso house was amazing—it felt like an oasis in Loíza! Shoutout to the host, Carola, for answering all of my questions and ensuring we had a wonderful stay.Our group included my wife, my two sons (18 and 26), and another adult couple. We wanted a place with A/C, a washer and dryer, and enough space so we could all relax without feeling crowded. We arrived in Puerto Rico two days early so our boys could experience the island, since it was their first time visiting before departing on our 7-day Caribbean cruise.The house was very clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. It had a great layout, with two living room areas, each with TVs. It also included 2.5 bathrooms, plus an additional full bathroom with a shower by the pool on the back patio. We didn’t plan to stay in San Juan, but it was close enough for us to visit in the evenings with the boys.We definitely enjoyed our stay and would return the next time we travel with a small group.Thanks again, Carola!

Amazing place to stay. Local to so many stores including close to much we wanted to do. All the amenities needed. Lovely home and stay in PR!

My family and I rented this house for the Memorial Day weekend and it did not disappoint. There was enough room for everyone and the owner was super nice and communicated quickly with any question that I had before, during, and after our stay. She was nice enough to make handmade gifts for my kids upon arrival which was a nice added touch and provided welcome basket. The neighbors were nice and it was nice being outside of the city but close enough to everything. The pool was also great - just big enough for our family to enjoy every evening. Would definitely recommend on your PR stay.

Relaxing Stay!

Had a wonderful stay at Carola’s place! The owner is a wonderful and throughtful communicator and would often pre-emptively take care of our needs and had so many thoughtful personal touches for our kids. My kids called it the best vacation home ever. It’s close to the rainforest, the beach, the city. And the owner had great recommendations. Highly recommend for families who want to get a local plan or of Puerto Rico and all the amenities of a luxury resort! Thanks again for everything!

AH-Mazing!

The house was beautiful, sparkling clean and had everything you could ask for. We were there as three couples and had the best time! The pool was perfect to just relax in! Carol or host went so far above and beyond to make our stay amazing! It was my brother in laws birthday and when we arrived there were decorations, a cake and even a really cute shot glass (gift)! Her commutation was always so helpful and friendly. Suggestions of where to eat, what beach to go to and even where to shop. She has the extra benefit of having a car to rent which worked out for us perfectly. As a travel agent I am always looking for great places to stay for clients- I can 1000000% recommend this rental and all it has to offer!

Great Get Away

Nice home with great amenities. Swimming pool always helps the time when you are "at home" to hang out and BBQ. Nice distance to many beaches and day trips. We were very happy and Carol was very attentive and communicated immediately when asked any questions.

Spring Break 2025

I and 10 friends stayed here for spring break and absolutely loved it. The beds are nice and the place fits this many. The pool and entertainment areas are wonderful and the private backyard is fantastic. The beach down the street is about a 5 minute walk and is practically private since there are no other resorts or places in the area. My only bad thing to say was that it is about 30 minutes away from San Juan and getting ubers can be difficult at times.

Such an awesome house pool was clean and cool the whole time the bar and grill area really adds aura points to the whole place rooms with full ac keeping me cool and sleeping at night the only thing I could possibly think to complain about was there wasn't a lot of household necessitya like trash bags ect not to mention renting the car was extremely effortless for 6 18 year olds to get a car would usually be a huge headache but renting a car through these people was so easy they take care of everything and even give you money to leave the parking area overall 9-10 experience definitely rent a car through these people they are super nice

Overall experience was amazing.

Everything is as described, beautiful and comfortable. Manager was excellent, she was available at all time, very detailed and careful. She surprised us with coquito, cookies and gift for my kids. The house was equipped with air fryer, mic, coffee maker, Kitchen wear, toaster, sandwich maker, plates, mugs, utensils, barbecue, beach chairs, pool floats, sand accessories for kids, laundry machine and dryer, laundry detergent. My suggestion to the owner is that some things required update, like the mattress of the bed next to bunk bed; mattress need to be changed is too noisy; the fridge was liking water and the living’s room sofa is cracked and was peeling off.
