The lobby area is outstanding. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. This is the third time we stay here. We did notice the room and areas are not being kept up as they used to before it changed ownership. Kudos to Nasheli in the pool area!

Great time

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed my stay. Olga in housekeeping and her supervisor (can't remember her name maybe Isabela) were a pure delight. They made my daughter's birthday so special!! I will be back!!

The staff was nice. The beach was clean. The hotel was not bad. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling which I told them about and the only response I got was oh, yeah we already know. They wanted down grade me to a standard room when I paid for a garden view room. BEWARE of the daily taxes the hotel charges you at the end, it’s ridiculous!!

This property was terrible wing ride staff. The rooms are dirty and the beds are terrible. The sheets and pillows are the worst. You will wake up with back and neck pain. Staff is rude and unpleasant. Food options are limited. The housekeeping is also bad they don’t even leave you towels. Stay somewhere else

The property was great and staff were very welcoming and nice. I had a really long wait for my room, management was able to help me get in my room right away.

The hotel was nice and staff seemed pleasant food was delicious. Just wish more late night options or at free fruit or muffins in morning. As much as you pay at least offer complementary muffins or fruit.

This hotel was very very nice. I was not aware of the resort fee nor the 33 day for parking valet. The hotel is a whole vibe. It was extremely nice.
