So hotel was a little out of way but was impressive when we found. We were starving when we got there at 7pm looking forward to eating at restaurant and were told it closed at 7. Also they said they would send all hotel info via text. We never got it. This i was told when i asked for directions to the other pool. Kind of a let down that they couldnt just give directions.

Nice place to stay near the east coast.

Awesome place to unwind. This place has fantastic pools, a gym, juice bar that can make protein coffee drinks, bird cage, mini-golf, and a restaurant on site. The staff are very friendly.

Some things were worn, but overall; excellent!

Nice staff and nice pools. Really good people who went out of their way to make us welcome. Both pools were really nice and I've got all good things to say. Something to note (not a complaint) is that many of the amenities are worn quite a bit...we had fun playing on the included putt-putt course but it was in pretty rough shape, and they had a little water slide that had surface wear on it that made it a bit tough to use - things like that. All of that was easily overlooked because the staff was so great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the building was clean, and the pools were outstanding. We were very happy since the price of the stay reflected that all the amenities were not in perfect condition.

One of the cleaners on Saturday 01/18/2025 stole my headphones. They were charging and they took the headphones themselves (not the case) so I didn't realize they were stolen until I got on the airplane. I tried to reach out to the management but they haven't offered any solution.

My experience at the Fajardo Inn was uneven. The staff at the Front Desk were very engaging and gracious. However, there was one occasion when I ordered room service but was told I had to pick up at front desk. The room was clean upon arrival. However, I had to wait for maid service even after spending 6 hours on a day trip. I had to go to front desk and inform them my room was not cleaned. The telephone in the room was not connected and remained that way even though I informed the front desk. Food Service I believed that a complimentary breakfast was available when I made the reservation. The food selection in the Front Desk Area offered few healthy choices. The coffee machine broke down and was never fixed.

Staff was horrible and not accommodating. You can not get a cup of coffee unless you have 2.25 in quarters or have to wait until 10AM for a juice bar to open. By the way, the juice bar has no juice. I asked for an iron and never received it. Don’t waste your money here.

Meh. Así Así. Donde es café?!

Large complex located in somewhat remote industrial area. Must have been off season as very few guests. Rooms were clean if a bit dated and a little musty smelling. Staff very friendly and helpful but other comments about complicated check-in and ID bands are correct. Nice pool facility. Armed security on site No breakfast or coffee available except for a machine in lobby that wasn’t working. Snack bar didn’t open until 10 and not even coffee to purchase at lobby store. Coffee is kind of a thing for me… :)

This place seems like a great option, but something is off. Customer service was friendly, but there was no customer service per se. Our room had the worst mildew and humidity smell, and they explained that it happens. Some rooms stink, and others don't, so all they could do was bring a dehumidifier. It didn't help at all. We barely slept and were so happy to get outta there!

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay! Fun activities on site. Staff was helpful. Strangely the place was almost empty. Maybe off season, but better for us having the place to ourselves.
