The room was clean and comfortable with excellent housekeeping service each day. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. I was permitted a requested late checkout so that I could ski the morning of my departure.

They kept having room key problems the entire stay. They did switch out the locks once, and that was known and they gave me a new card. But then we had to keep using a second keycard to get around the buildings, and that keycard shut off as well and had to be replaced.

Very loose meaning to the word resort. Have the properties under construction it appears there’s construction around the building. Everything is closed including its restaurants and many of the stores really are disappointing event. We actually left a day early.

I know it’s off season, but there’s some cleaning needed. The pool had lots of leaves at the bottom, beer cans under the bench in the sauna, and scrubbing needed in the corners of the hot tub. Also, there were pee stains at the base of the toilet in our room (not sure if it’s etched into the tile or not, but still… it’s gross) and a mouldy spot in the bath tub.

The hotel itself is beautiful and extremely well-appointed. Eventually it will be a perfect spot to stay. Sadly, they are doing tons of construction work across the street - which was never mentioned until we checked in. The work went on 7-4:30. We don’t know why, when the hotel was clearly far from full, they didn’t put guests as far away as possible from the construction.
