Compare Family Hotels in San Leon

The first room I was in the shower didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom. The rooms have been attempted to have been updated, but the building itself felt very out dated. The room I got moved to hadn’t been cleaned all the way, the trash cans were full and dirty linens on the counter still. The 3rd room was decent but there had been no spider mitigation of the balcony’s or pool area. The coworker I traveled with was also given an uncleaned room on his check-in and had other issues during the stay.

Breakfast was Luke warm as was the coffee and there was a wait for the coffee to be refilled. Needs to be updated.

Had a great time at this hotel, will stay here in our next visit.

Rooms were clean, welcoming staff and great amenities and breakfast. Only issue is we called down to the front desk and used the Text app and no one came so we had to go down to the desk. Overall happy
