Room was like a freezer, which was good upon arrival, except that the controls didn't work to change the temp. Ended up unplugging the unit on both rooms 206/209 The bathrooms fan are ornamental, they don't work, and they are needed My reservation with Travelocity was 2 rooms and upon check in they told me it was only one, thankfully there were rooms available and i was able to get the second one, however, they didn't honor the price i was given upon reservation, I had to pay a slightly higher price

Mold. Mold and mildew smell all over hotel. Can see multiple areas in room where there’s mold on lampshades. I want a refund this air was disgusting to breathe in.

As soon as we stepped off the elevator the smell of maybe mold would knock you down. It was no better in our room. Our sheets were stained. They had a feeling of damp when you laid down. Our commode would not flush, the rude gentleman at the check in said he could provide us with a bucket to put water in to flush it. When I was trying to talk to the gentleman on the phone he kept interrupting me and talking over me. Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I 10/10 do NOT recommend this place to stay!

Decent hotel but room smelled like mildew

Our stay went well, the biggest issue was the mildew smell in the room. Even with the room at 65 all day, it always smelled like mildew. It made it so hard to be in the room since the smell was so strong and we had to keep the room so cold to keep it from smelling worse. They had run out of extra blankets as well so I struggled to sleep. I also have a cpap machine and after returning home, my machine has smelled like mildew and even replacing the filter and mask, the smell has stuck. It’s only now finally going away. All in all, good hotel but the mildew smell makes it almost unbearable.

The staff was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable but had an awful odor. It was coming out of the bathroom a moldy odor. The bed was comfy. The breakfast was good well stocked nothing ran out.

Parking was hard to find. The access to this hotel is in a strange location. but once you get there it's not bad and it's close to the beach.
