Needs a full refurbishment. No towels. Phone in the room did not work to contact reception. Had to call from personal phone to hotel, twice reception put the phone down on us. They spoke the third time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ Decent stay but room condition could be better Stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester Airport for convenience due to an early flight. The location is definitely the biggest plus, being directly connected to the airport. The room was spacious, which was comfortable for a short stay. However, I forgot to request a non-smoking room, and there was a noticeable smell that lingered, which affected the overall comfort. The bathroom felt a bit rundown and could use some updating to match the standard expected of a Radisson Blu property. Overall, it’s acceptable for a quick overnight stay before a flight, but room condition and freshness could definitely be improved.

Very poor in the Executive lounge, no afternoon tea, very little choice on drinks. The worst lounge I have ever been, waste of money in upgrading. Reception was not enthusiastic about customer care. The worst was missing my early morning wakeup call. Good job I set my own alarm, otherwise I could have missed my flight
