¡Una experiencia de ensueño! Mi estadía en el Hotel Ushuaïa fue simplemente inolvidable. Tuve la suerte de estar en una habitación en la torre, con vista directa al escenario… ¡un verdadero privilegio! Desde ahí pude disfrutar de todos los shows diarios, incluyendo artistas de talla mundial como David Guetta y otros DJs emblemáticos. La organización, el ambiente y la energía que se vive en cada evento son espectaculares. El hotel está diseñado para ofrecer una experiencia completa: música, lujo y comodidad. Además, quiero destacar la amabilidad del personal. Siempre atentos, cordiales y dispuestos a hacer que tu experiencia sea realmente única. Ushuaïa no es solo un hotel… es un sueño hecho realidad para los amantes de la música electrónica y la buena vida. ¡Volveré sin duda alguna!

The check in experience wasn’t great, our check in was supposed to be at 3pm, we came to the Hotel at 4pm and room wasn’t ready and we had to wait another 30-40 minutes which was kind of disappointing. The breakfast was included and good. I think for this kind of hotel they have to teach their stuff be more nice and friendly. Overall Hotel is overpriced.

Great fun vibes. Great staff. Good party. Viciously expensive. Very Vegas feel but more expensive if you can imagine. Bathroom huge but completely unfunctional. No counter to put any toiletries. And as fun as the design is, more silicone needed separated between shower glass and bedroom

Very unique stay, the access to a room hot tub was an amazing touch. The decor in the rooms and around the hotel were very fitting and overall appealing. Some designs were a little questionable mainly the shower in my room as water would often leak outside the door of the shower as well as in the toilet in the room beside it. Other than that the rooms were very well made.

Great Experience!

The best part about the hotel were the friendly staff, from check-in, the concierge and the pool team everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Thanks especially to Carlos and Ana! The location was an easy walk along the beach to the old town and around 30 min taxi/drive to other destinations around the island. Was only about 10 minutes from the airport so you don't need to save a lot of time at departure. The views were really great. Be warned, in high season there is a club right next door.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy Ibiza with comfort, class, and great value.
