A fantastic hotel, aimed very much at adults. Fabulous spa facilities included and many additional treatments available to purchase All members of staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to help Drinks were pricey (eg €8 for a beer) but there are several local bars nearby

Beautiful hotel , stunning spa . Main pool very cold advertised as 27 degrees which it definitely wasn’t . Given wrong room on arrival quickly rectified mistake.Restaurants overbooked couldn’t get a table until 9 pm on arrival when we arrived it was half empty , waited over half an hour for a booked table another night the manager blamed reception for overbooking. Would not do half board again . Breakfast excellent. All staff courteous.

The hotel is beautiful, the food in all 3 restaurants and the breakfasts were superb. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, professional and attentive. A wonderful 5 star experience.

We’d never stayed on the north of the island before and when we were looking into it, the price of this hotel seemed too good to be true. It’s excellent. The pool, the spa, the gardens. I genuinely thought they’d miss-priced it. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. It’s exceptionally clean. It’s going to be refurbished soon so it’ll be even better. But the spa area is different gravy. If it was twice the price, you wouldn’t be upset. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Stop searching. You’ve found the best place. Just enjoy it.

Front desk staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond, serving as concierge and answering endless questions from people with joy, care and a friendly attitude. THEY make this hotel great! Otherwise, nice hotel with slightly dated interior (and name). Despite this, the amenities are nice and the spa staff- provided the best massage and facial services I’ve ever received-5 star! Breakfast, although plentiful, was okay, and very crowded. Restaurants n room service menu could use a little work. Overall, this 4 star hotel definitely becomes 5 star because of its incredible staff!!

This was one of the best holiday experiences I have ever had. The hotel was the most beautiful place I have stayed with the best customer service experience I have had from any establishment in my life. I would recommend this to all ages and it is one that you won’t regret.

Tranquil Tropical beauty everywhere you look. Lots of restaurants to choose and some have a dress code…a delicious buffet breakfast with an omelette and waffle station, many brunch items, fresh juice fresh fruit with bread, cheese, etc… you get a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh fruit in your room with a live red rose balcony to sit on it has table and two chairs… bathtub and shower are separate. Dorman baggage handler’s.. housekeeping is always readily available for any problems or concerns. The island is quite large. There are two airports that can get confusing. The north is closer to this location. If you book a transfer, make sure both your flights are going out of the same airport. Chic elegance. Cleverly stated.

We loved the hotel / room / staff / service / facilities. The restaurants were good, however a bit overpriced! As the British would say : "Not always good value for money" But overall : An EXCELLENT hotel *****
