The attendants were nice. The location was good. The hotel itself looks like it needs an upgrade. Our room was a non-smoking room, but smelled of cigarette smoke. The carpet was old. The breakfast area is accessed by guests only, but "The Alcove" was so hot, we decided to leave. I'm sure in winter it's fine.

Friendly staff. Southwest decor. Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Had a bit of a problem getting a full report of charges because the guy was new and the automated checkout screens just showed 0 balance due. We went to breakfast,, burritos were good. Came back and got a printout. Would stay again.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. The southwestern decor was very nice. Our room was comfortable and clean. A couple of rooms down the hall from us were being completely remodeled, so the hallway was a little messy because of that, but it was nothing serious. Iced tea was available in the pantry and we appreciated that.

It was fine for what we wanted, a clean, easily accessible,reasonably priced overnight stay. We even noticed there were extras like a shuttle to the Plaza. The checkin and checkout were very easy and automated.

Kiosk for check-in super annoying

It’s good for the price but we absolute hated the process of checking in on a screen instead of with a person. When we had a question about something we had to try to figure it out with limited info at this kiosk rather than, you know, talking to someone. Super unpleasant start to the stay.

A worthy stay!

Beds were comfortable, everything was clean, centrally located, love how budget friendly it is as well as being pet friendly. Staff was so-so on info and friendliness, I had to ask what times the breakfast was available and had to find where it was located on my own, was easy enough to find at least. Plenty of breakfast options and they offer two types of burritos as well which aren't the tastiest but they are complimentary, they offer green chili on the side as well, and they're hefty enough to get you full. I'd still recommend since there's more pluses than minus. I'd definitely come back :)

I would not recommend. My room smelled like cigar smoke even though its supposed to be a smoke free property! Room was ok, nothing special. Rooms must not have much insulation as you could hear people walking & talking in hall. People were smoking pot right outside front entrance at 7::00 p.m. Traffic noise was loud! Not a great experience!
