The perfect location to walk 4 blocks to the Plaza with many fantastic restaurants, shopping and galleries. One mile to Canyon road and the Railyard art districts. Close to ski slopes and National Forest. Very quiet peaceful area.

Relax in a lovely 2 story condo in a quiet neighborhood. You'll enjoy stretching out in the approximately 1100 square feet featuring Viga ceilings, a Kiva fireplace and Saltillo tile floors. Enjoy the spacious views and cobalt sky from your large patio with dining for 4 and relax in the patio seating in shade.

First floor features a private bedroom with queen bed and en suite bath. Walk upstairs with the open concept of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk through dual closets, and attached bathroom. Just off the master suite is a private back patio. The couch has a pull out queen bed as well. Our unit has A/C, radiant floor heat, wi-fi and many other amenities to make your stay comfortable.

You will have off street parking with our one car garage. Other community off street parking is available as first come first serve.
