We loved this hotel for many reasons. First, we loved the location. It was very walkable to downtown Santa Fe attractions, shops, galleries & restaurants. Second, the hotel & staff were very professional, friendly & helpful. The hotel and our room were decorated beautifully & clean. Finally, we are Hilton Honors members and we were able to enjoy our member benefits.

my husband fell in the shower the first night. we had asked trivago and called the hotel previous to our stay to ensure we had a walk in shower...they had to change our room twice. Tammy and Alex tried to be very accomodating;however after the 3rd day we had to go to ER because my husband's pain was unbearable. ununbea

Santa Fe is wonderful though sometimes the hotels feel a bit limited during the Winter. Hilton overall is nice but had limited else on offer during the stay. Rooms are a bit dated.

We arrived late and were told booked up and had turned people away. We had reservation since December for two beds in a room. They found a handicapped room first floor with one bed for two non related people to share. They had my credit card and should have held proper room. Blamed on new employees.

The hotel is very nice. The snack bar was not stocked and very few options. Our refrigerator in our room did. It work and we let the front desk know and no one ever came to fix or check. The front desk staff one day was very nice the next not so much.

The hotel was beautiful and convenient. However, the extra fees did not seem necessary like parking and breakfast. There was no parking guard. And most hotels serve a free breakfast.

Convenient to walk downtown Santa Fe. Near to Goergia O Keefe and other museums, Loretto Chapel and Basilica of St Francis. Many little cute shop and restaurants. No car needed. Pillows on bed need to be changed.

The property was fairly well-maintained, although the carpets could use a good update. Biggest complaint - the room was very dark. Although there were numerous lights in it, their location and brightness left much to be desired. In particular, the bathroom mirror had terrible lighting. The cost to park was a bit high also. The restaurant had a decent selection and the food was excellent.

Check-in was super easy and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I called a few days prior to our arrival asking for extra blankets and pillows to be put in the room. When we arrived to the room there were no extra blankets or pillows. I had to go back to the desk after a long day of driving and ask for extra blankets. The first morning of our stay there was NO HOT WATER for the shower. I went to the front desk to report the problem and was met with an unsympathetic front desk worker. She was rude and didn't seem to care about my problem. She didn't apologize for the problem but said she would report it to maintenance. Later when we returned late afternoon, I checked the water only to find out that there still was no hot water. I went to the front desk and requested a new room which I was given. Fortunately this room had hot water for showers! Overall we slept well. The rooms were quiet and the bed was comfy!
