Very nice hotel offering great comfort, amazing breakfast and really awesome cleaning service. Just a bit dated for an AC/Marriot. Not as well kept as others I’ve been to. Still would recommend.

Pretty property. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet nice but hot food wasn't hot enough. Servers were not accessible all the time to order the 2 options to order a la carta. Once finished food, plates stayed at the table instead of servers picked plates

I had a wonderful stay!

Had a lovely day! Great pool area mediocre food. Had a delicious dinner, even though what was described on the menu was not what I got. Great service they help me make my protein shakes in the morning. Really good front desk staff! Friendly and kind and willing to help. Love my view!

A lovely relaxing stay in Santa Marta

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed the stay. The room allocated was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. I experience periodic issues with the WiFi within the room and with the TV signal. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory but not as good as in other hotels of a similar size etc. The pool area was very nice with plenty of space for those wishing to use it. The music was a bit loud. I used the gym and that was very good with a variety of machines and free weights available. The room had a nice balcony which was very pleasant for relaxing in. I found all the staff very friendly, helpful and professional.

Great hotel in a great location. Very close to the shopping, restaurants, center of town & beaches. The hotel pool & facilities as well as the entire staff were great as well.
