Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. I especially appreciated the housekeeping staff that helped me with my bags. I am sorry I did not get her name but it was at 5.15pm on the 8th floor and she would not accept a tip from me. If you can work out who she was please share my appreciation

Nice hotel right across the street from the fairmount. Easy access to the beach and promenade. Easy checkin experience. Room was clean and light/shower control intuitive. Only drawback was that no courtesy car was available for short trips.

Staff especially Durk was very polite and helpful I would definitely make CITIZEN M my go to for now on!! Definitely would recommend

Loved the abundant service ! Helpful well- dressed employees everywhere. Walking distance to many cool places including Hollywood Bowl.

Great place to stay

Good customer service, clean rooms, and good location in Los Angeles., And best of all, a terrace with an excellent view of the Crypto Arena
