Room 302 had a bath tub that was cracked badly on the bottom and had a plastic mat glued over it to bandaid it. You could feel the huge crack when you stood on it. There was no working fan and areas of mold in the bathroom . The light in the bathroom also worked when it wanted to

My key disabled not once not twice but 3 times. Every time all staff would do was make us wait in line and make us new keys. I travel for work. I know how to avoid keys disabling. Also every single outlet was loose. Our phone chargers wouldnt stay connected. I came here for a concert and the second we walked in we were basically told if we would like to shuttle to sofi. We took it as if it was free. Nope, he proceeded to charge us 30 each person. This was totally misleading. On the way back to the hotel we thought “at least since we paid we’ll have a peaceful return” NOPE. People that didn’t have shuttle bracelets got on making our payed trip useless. Disappointed doesn’t begin to explain how i felt with this stay.

Very helpful and polite staff! Checkin was a breeze, room was clean, what we requested! Great location to Starbucks, McDonald’s, dennys ( all in walk-in distance) Close to train/metro station! 4 mins from So-Fi stadium!
