Everything was great the beach was rite there and everything was in walking distance

Overall, it was a good experience, but it would’ve been perfect if I hadn’t spent both nights tossing and turning because of how uncomfortable the beds were and how terrible the pillows were.

First, the hot tub was NOT functional during my entire stay. No Sign Posted, either. Second, we had to call the front desk THREE times just to get towels. Third, one of the fire pits was not functional. Many guests, including my family, were unable to enjoy sitting by it. Fourth, there was a COCKROACH in our bathroom! How DISGUSTING! I have pictures and a video of the cockroach for proof. In short, I will NEVER stay at your hotel again. I was really exciting after looking at the hotel online. However, it was a VERY disappointing experience. I complained to the front desk about these complaints. We were just given one free breakfast voucher for our troubles. WOW! I was at least expecting some type of rebate on our total hotel stay.

Amazing place to stay on the island

This was our second stay at The Pensacola Beach Resort and it was everything we remembered it to . Our room was spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming and the gulf view couldn't be beat. Experience gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your balcony. Make sure to stop by the Tiki Bar to see Marshall and get the best Italian Margarita in Pensacola!

Very nice hotel, great amenities including a pool and lazy river. Feels like a resort, right on the beach with direct access, good food options and a beautiful ocean view from our room. Staff is very kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay here a lot. Coffee could be better though.
