Shower ceiling cave in

For our four night stay, the room was very humid, making clothes and papers damp that were in the room. We told the front desk But they didn’t get the humidifier adjusted until day 3. The morning of day 4, the paint on the ceiling over the shower starting falling off in a 2 foot by 3 foot section. The hotel did nothing but offer a credit for parking that we have yet to receive.

Surf & Sand - March 2025

Great access to the beach across the street. Great walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great to use the bicycles for a quick ride. Very friendly staff - especially the lady who worked in the food area! The room was dated, bathroom was small. The hotel overall just needs an upgrade. Pensacola is beautiful - white sand beaches and blue waters!

The staff at this motel were professional and extremely accommodating, deserving a full five-star rating for their service. The rooms have received some updates and were clean, but overall, they remain in poor condition. Additionally, the exterior walkways and steps were extremely dirty, with some areas presenting potential safety concerns. Given the price, this motel is in need of significant improvements.

When we arrived our room was not locked. There were stains on the sheets and on the blanket was dirty. Like they just made the bed without changing bedding. The bathroom had mole in the ceiling. definitely a very unpleasant stay. And we paid close to $200. Total mistake. Do not stay here.
