Absolutely blown away about how beautiful this property is. Centrally located in the capital with beautiful views, rooftop bar/pool, great customer service, easy parking, excellent dining options, & right across the prestigious Santo Domingo World Trade Center that includes Blue Mall! Will definitely be back!

Tuvimos problemas con el a/c!y el staff a cargo en recepción gestionaron todo muy diligente. Nos llamaron en la noche para preguntar si estábamos bien con la temperatura. Adicional, en la mañana, nos dieron seguimiento. El protocolo es ser servicial pero el staff parecía honestamente interesado porque nos sintiéramos a gusto. Visitamos el restaurante en el rooftop, la barra y el restaurante del lobby, en todos lados el staff fue muy servicial. Definitivamente una propiedad excelente y un equipo mejor. Segunda vez que les visitamos y no dudamos repetir.
