I booked a room with 2 queen beds, I was offerred 2 double beds with the agreement they would waive the nightly resort fee. At check out I confirmed again the fee will be waived. The charged my credit card $137 and after several phone calls and emails they still have not refunded the $137.

Access to hotel not easy. I traveled by car to NYC had my mother with a wheelchair. No access to unload. Garage still not open, I had to get mom inside and then go park in a garage. At checkin there were a few problems. I had booked a 2 db bed room with times square view. this was not on my reservation. the staff memember involved supervisor to find a room. When i went up to the room it was already occupied by someone else but i was given a key to access. thankfully i didn't walk in on anyone. I went back to the desk and was given a new room. They realized the error but instead of coming up immediately to the room they waited for me to come back down. also when I booked the room I called The Hotel to compare pricing I inquired about handicap access. I was given a price quote that was $75 dollars a night more for handicap access room. I believe this is illegal!! I booked through Expedia instead.

The hotel is newly renovated and rooms will be gorgeous when ready for offical opening. But when we stayed despite no warning from Expedia there were no restaurants open, nor room service at the hotel. There were no amenities in the bathroom. The closet had no door and power socket had to be held when pulling plugs out so it didn’t come out of the wall. We also found underpants wedged between mattress and base 😳 but when hotel was told they very kindly comped the daily resort fees. Staff were awesome and I think hotel will be awesome when it’s ready for official opening

Updated hotel and convenient location

The hotel was newly renovated and very comfortable. The only misguidance was Hotels.com advertising the room with breakfast included, when the restaurant was not even open and operational yet. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea each morning in the lobby, which was convenient.

The property itself was fine; staff helpful; good location for theatres. We were quite surprised at the end of our stay when we were charged an additional $45.00 per night for a "service fee" and "service fee taxes". This charge was not disclosed on the Expedia website nor when we checked in.

Good hotel room with double queen beds. One person with horrible customer service who abruptly did a pending charge of $2,000 on my credit card. Manager was able to resolve it. But this left a bad trip. No open restaurant, and hotel currently under renovation. No amenity sheet provided. The customer representative who checked me in did not provide any customer service, no eye contact, and rude. Also incompetent. Did not get his name.
