Breakfast lunch and dinner menus were good they had a variety of things could have had a maybe a better variety of food The bar was excellent The only problem ran into was when we checked the refrigerator Rome did not and the telephone in the room did not work you could not reach the front desk They replace the refrigerator within seconds the service was great They came to check the phone but they never came back so we never had a phone in room Other than that the property is fair I would suggest that the night lighting on the walkways be brighter it is extremely dark

Pros: very affordable if on a budget, friendly staff, hotel is 5 seconds from the ocean. Cons: outdated room, room needed serious maintenance, and no good food or drink options. This hotel is basically for locals.

The first room that was offered to me was next to the entertainment area. When I enter the room I could hear everything that was happening outside and it was 11pm already. I had to wait until the next day to have a room change because they claimed that room change happens after 2:00pm. When they change ne to my second room the aircondition was not working so another room change had to happen. When I finally arrived at my third room I saw the bathtub looked like it wasn't use in years. It looked rusty and had several stains. The food at the buffet wasn't that great one of the cheffs that was cooking the pasta was turning the stove on with a peace of paper when he serves me the pasta I saw a peace of paper inside the pasta. I try not make a big deal out of this and I just went to the beach and try to come down. Not everyone will have the same attitude towards this situation. It was unacceptable 😤.

Mi estancia en Whala boca chica fue amena, me gustaría mencionar la excelente atención desde recepción con Félix y la otra chica que no supe su nombre, así como la de el bellboy que fue absolutamente amable y muy útil en cuestión de información, posterior me gustaría mencionar también a las chicas de animación que hiciera divertida la espera de la habitación y también fueron muy amables durante toda la estancia. El supervisor de habitaciones y la recámara fueron muy amables y tuvieron un gesto maravilloso que es de apreciar. En general mi hija y yo estamos muy agradecidos por todo el servicio y la estancia tan cómoda que estuvimos. Definitivamente regresaremos para tener una experiencia aun mejor! Superaron nuestras expectativas!

The front desk staffs were very helpful thanks to them! Drinks at the bars sucks… restaurant and snack bar staffs were horrible has a lot of attitude… they only focus on Hispanic and local.. foreigners were treated differently in my opinion.
