Visit this hotel in 2023 during storm season. Noted we back and done areas were improved they still needed some when to do but, feel they in the right path. Hopefully, they improve drinks, and food options and quality even is they raise there prices will be excellent. Hotel in a great location.

I love the place, people there are very nice and friendly. the guys in the dinner room are wonderful, always smiling. place is very clean. the only things I will suggest is to put more towers in the bathroom. But beside it the services are great.

If you want local experience, stay here. We love the people we met. It’s family-friendly! Unfortunately, my husband got sick 3 days into our trip and my babies did as well when we got home.

The hotel rooms need an upgrade. My room was clean but smelly, specifically the bathroom. We didn’t have hot water, the sink was blocked and we needed to report the matter twice. For hot water, we needed to leave open the shower faucet for almost 15 minutes to get it. If you want to see tv, you can only see local & cable channels. The internet connection doesn’t work for any other tv services. I appreciated the view in my room, was great.

The rooms were the only thing decent for the price. However, the key cards would constantly block out. The beach was filled with sargassum of which they only cleaned the first day. The smell was of sewage and you could not get in the water. The food menu was not kid friendly, cold and/or poorly prepared. We ate out of the resort most of our stay. The pool water was cloudy and smelled like urine. The staff were incredibly rude and seem bothered by your presence. I would definitely not recommend this place nor ever stay there again!

Habitación sucio y no se responsabiliza por agencia que ellos mismo tienen en su página del hotel musement es una agencia de actividades que ya no existe y cuando llamas al servicio al cliente Alniston Arias de servicios al cliente se limpian las manos perdí $ fue el peor de los viajes comida fría moscas
