Location was great... very walkable to many attractions. Room was clean, but beds need new mattresses... very lumpy and uncomfortable. Everyday we had to ask for more towels because they only gave us two towels when there were three people in the room. The included breakfast was okay, but the menu was identical all four mornings we were there. A bit of variety would have been nice. The pool area needed attention, pool had not been skimmed. But the main issue I had was that even though I had booked at a rate of $141 per night INCLUDING taxes and fees (through an ad on Expedia), the hotel still charged me taxes and fees on top of the $141 per night. When I called the hotel they said that I had to call Expedia and when I called Expedia and explained the situation they asked for a screen shot of the ad and the bill which I sent, but got no satisfaction. So very disappointed in this misrepresentation.

Lose to river street. The pool is dirty the sides needs a good scrubbing . The doors to the rooms don’t shut right they are loose. Overall it’s ok for one night and there is no microwave in the rooms. I wouldn’t stay again.

We love the location near the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. The thermostat in the room did not work as we attempted to warm the room. We turned it on to 80 and it was still cold when we returned from dinner. The bathroom floor was wet, maybe from a leak somewhere.
