It was great, I have a dog and they don’t charge any extra, which was nice because parking is an extra charge. And I understand that because I was SO CLOSE to everything! One thing tho, the concierge Jasmine was not helpful. I had a burned out night stand bulb, and rather than jotting that down and relaying the message to maintenance for me, she just told me to get in the line of six people trying to check in. “Not my job” she said, “ I’m just here to book tours”

Joe at the desk was helpful, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Was surprised by the $36 per night parking fee, that should be included in the listing and not a surprise at check in.

The property is convenient , near to the river , a lot of restaurants nearby. Front desk clerk eating at the desk while providing information to the guests. It doesn’t look professional to me. Unable to provide clear information, when needed. The bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, no privacy. Other than that is ok for one night stay.

No Sleep

The people in the room two doors down fought all night and we didn't get any sleep. The police didn't come till around 5 in the morning. I Kno it's not the hotel's fault but they couldn't credit us for one night because we prepaid. I feel like we are due a refund for one night.
