Downtown Digs for Four, Walk Everywhere by Lucky Savannah

Stay in the heart of the National Landmark Historic District and never use your car to see Savannah. This is a third-floor, one-bedroom apartment located in a charming brownstone overlooking Oglethorpe Square.

Walk up to your luxe apartment and look for the number eleven. A double keyless entry from the street keeps this apartment safe and secure. Four Lucky guests will have every essential they'd need to have a clean and comfortable stay in the heart of it all. Enter into living space, boasting tall ceilings and plenty of natural daylight. A flat screen TV is opposite the sofa for late-night shows or early morning news. Take your time each morning and brew a pot of coffee in the spacious full size kitchen.

The primary bedroom is just off the living space, with Queen size bed and a full size closet. A full bath with marble tile and a standalone vanity can be found attached to the living area.

Situated directly across from Oglethorpe Square, guests are just a few steps away from Savannah attractions such as Owens-Thomas House, Telfair Museum, and the string of local shops and cafes along Broughton Street, Savannah's "Main Street". Walk through the squares with an ice cold beverage from one of the several bars found in City Market, heading towards River Street to see the massive cargo ships sail by at sunset.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

As described, nicely appointed, comfortable. Absolutely perfect location, especially for the film festival. Had everything we needed, though would recommend at least one more roll of toilet paper and a box of tissues. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Be prepared for two big flights of stairs (we were, so not an issue).

Cute apartment in excellent location

My husband and I stayed for a week while my daughter and her friend attended a summer program at SCAD. The apartment was absolutely perfect and everything we needed. There is a park right in front where we could walk our dog. We were close and in walking distance to everything. The property management takes good care of the apartment and we were supplied with clean sheets, towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.

Perfect Location in the heart of SAV

Perfectly centrally located in the heart of happening Savannah ! Very quick and easy walk to Broughton, SCAD, River street and all our favorite spots. Street parking was full when we arrived but there is a parking garage right down the street which was super convenient. The interior of the building could use a little TLC but the unit itself was great! The only thing we would change is the bed was not very comfortable for my husband and I, we ended up sleeping on the pullout couch after our first nights stay. But overall would highly recommend , we were very happy with this booking otherwise ! :)

Great location in a charming unit

We really enjoyed this unit. We’ve stayed in Savannah before and this location truly is central to everything downtown and the riverfront offer. We appreciated what is included - keep in mind there is a washer/dryer in the apartment building but not the unit. Otherwise, cute details and plenty of space for 2 people.

Great location and cute place

This was a very nice place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet yet was still close to everything. There are several coffee shops within a 2 min walk. There is also a little grocery store and a cvs about an 5-8 min walk. There is a park right there. Plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance as well. It has a very Paris vibe to it. The kitchen and bath are modern and stocked with plenty of towels, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher (full kitchen). They also provided a few small shampoos and shower gel. It is on the third floor which was not a problem for us but some that might be an issue. We were early checking in and our room wasn't ready so we had to walk down to the office and they let us keep our bags there so we could go to lunch. The room was finally ready 1 hour before the stated check in which was nice. One thing to note is that we would have had the uber take us directly to the office instead of the unit. If we were not early, we could easily just put a code in and check in on our own.

Great Location and Customer Service

From the very moment we landed in Savannah, Lucky Savannah made sure our stay was perfect. They let us store our bags until our (gorgeous!) rental apartment was ready, and that apartment was incredible. It was clean, absolutely beautiful, and in the perfect location. Everything we could want--river st, the main strip, and all of the historic district--was in easy walking distance. Returning to central air after that walking was a godsend. The beds were comfortable, and there were soaps and utensils provided. I think my only complaints would be the water pressure and lack of elevator in this historic early 20th century brownstone, all of which are expected. Do not hesitate to book this beautiful place! I'd live there if I could!

Weekend Getaway

I was in town for a wedding and the condo was absolutely perfect. Very safe neighborhood with a short walking distance to anywhere you would want to go including tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the river. The condo was exactly what it looked like in pictures. It was so cute and very spacious. The kitchen and living room were a little bit bigger than what I initially expected which was a very sweet surprise. Would for sure stay here again for my next trip!

Perfect Place for Sightseeing in Savannah

We loved this unit! The location was really great, so easy to walk to nearly everything we wanted to see! Bed was comfortable, nice linens. Bathroom was remodeled with lots of storage options for our 5-day stay. Kitchen had everything we needed. It was charmingly decorated and clean. Would definitely recommend it!
