Check in staff was amazing. Our shower had no shower gel but we had soap with us already. Everything’s in walking distance. If you don’t want to pay for valet, there is a public parking garage across the street.

Poor parking option. Breakfast was bad; strange colored “sausage “, powdered eggs. I would have expected better for that hotel. Probably wouldn’t return or recommend.

The bedding smelled so bad like it has not been clean it smelled like a dirty dog. The door to the room shut so forcefully that if you werent fast enough you would be hit with it i expected better from the Hilton brand.

The property was a great location and central to all that Savannah has to offer. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable but the shower had many hairs in it, the bathroom floor needed a good scrubbing and the shower curtain was too short and barely touched the tub.

The room was facing an active construction site and the banging and beeping of machines started at 7:15 Am. Terrible. The 6th floor maid was rude and when my wife asked for a different hair Dryer she could not help or direct her what to do. Also one we asked for towels and she said no . Then reached in a bag and got them. Possibly a language barrier.

The staff and hotel were amazing. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready yet and without headstone, they took our bags for safe keeping so we could go explore while we waited. The concierge gave us a map and some amazing suggestions. It was an excellent stay and in an amazing location.

We were facing the river road but couldn’t see the river through the trees and properties across the street. Very noisy as it was a main artery to travel to Tybee Island. Nice staff…very helpful concierge & desk staff. Convent to the historic district. I would recommend this hotel but would ask for a room not facing the street.

We had to wait an hour longer after the check in time to get checked in. Room great but this is the 3rd time we have stayed at the location & everytime the water for baths & showers were barely hot. More like hot warm but not hot hot. I tried twice to do a soaking bath but no way. Breakfast buffet needs more variety. Don't know about weekends but during the week it would be nice to have biscuits & gravy.

Great location, but, breakfast very cheap, paper plates, plastic forks and knives etc etc. We were upgraded to a bigger room, it turned out facing the main street... With non sound proofed Windows, so imagine the noise from the cars and trucks all day and night. In room safe.... Nope, safe is only at the front desk. . The mattress was old, squeaking and V shaped(not even in the middle), so very uncomfortable.Front desk staff was very nice and courteous even the breakfast staff was great. Honestly not worth the 250 45 valet paid.
