Nice older hotel, great location. Some rooms face an all night parking lot with a lot of late night activities especially on weekends. No breakfast but great restaurants in the area.

The Inn was a nice change from the big chain hotels. However, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom. We had to get the staff to give us cleaning products. Also, the building needs to be painted. Friendly staff and the location is great! Would I stay again, probably not.

We stopped in Savannah on the first night of a road trip. We found the staff friendly and accommodating. The wine and cheese happy hour was lovely. We plan to come back and stay longer in order to enjoy more of Savannah. We will book at Planters Inn again.

Night shift employee very aloof and rude at check in. Obviously poorly managed, A/C set on about 45 degrees and nearly froze to death. TV reception not working, shower curtain didn’t fit shower and leaked all over bath room floor. Hotel needs major overall renovation. No room service, no mini bar, no bar or dining.

It was a great location on the square. Easy to walk to everything. It is an older hotel obviously so I didn't mind the odd paint chip here and there because to me, it just added to the charm and it was clean and cozy. The lobby wine and cheese reception was an excellent touch with the piano player and the warm cookies when we came back that evening were great. The doorman was very nice as well as the cleaning staff and check in was easy. There is a self parking garage right next door for $30 per night which we did or you can valet for $34. Very happy with our stay.
