Great host and hostess. Comfy bed with plenty of fresh, clean towels and bedding. Wonderful breakfast, all freshly cooked to order. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

Typical older farmhouse full of character and some lovely touches. Bed was very comfy and room was clean and tidy. Tv was a bit small but thats nitpicking! Full english breakfast was one of the best i've had- very tasty and filling. Will definitely stay again soon

the problem was yourself not the place you didn’t send my extra booking over but they was very helpful and accommodating, only one thing the lock on room 3 very hard to use it doesn’t meet properly

Didn’t want to stay Scarborough so chose Seamer (nearby). North End Farm Guest House was close enough to visit Scarborough but mainly a great location for the surrounding beaches. The owners were lovely and very accommodating to meet my early check-in request. Our experience of the weekend was lovely and look forward to planning our next visit.

The room was really comfortable and although the property is next to the road it was very quiet. It was also easy to find which was a plus! The breakfast was excellent as well. Hopefully I'll see you again next year.
