Very convenient for night before our return to the US. Front desk was terribly understaffed and, to make things worse, they appeared to be doing training at this time! No matter how good a hotel is, the first impression of quick and courteius check-in is very important...and was not present at this property. Saw the same at checkout but was able to do express drop off and not have to interface with the, again, understaffed front desk.
