Best value in the SeaTac area.

The two ladies at the front desk were very nice. They gave me a $10 coupon to go to one of the restaurants nearby and then the shuttle driver for the hotel dropped us off and picked us up from the restaurant.

It was a very comfortable stay. The room was clean. It was a little noisy from traffic occasionally but nothing too serious to keep you from sleeping. It is next to the airport so you do hear some airplanes now and then.

The staff make this lovely hotel! Cecilia, Rocio, Lia, Lana, Victor, Dorro and Francisco are just a few of the treasures who make up the chore of the staff But many more are there to help with the needs and wishes of its patrons!

It is a great place to stay and offers shuttle service to and from the airport! The shuttle driver was able to drop me off at the airport near my departure shuttle due to my disability!

The front desk said our reservation was cancelled by Expedia. Why? I don’t know so I booked the room with the front desk. 2days later I called Hotels.com/Joey said when she spoke to hotel they received a call to cancel the reservation. The front desk may have cancel wrong res. We got for 1 refund after being charged twice.

Another great experience

Wonderful check in by hostess named Lia. Very friendly and helpful. Great room facing airport and runway from 5th floor. My second time here, and will keep coming. Very convenient to SEATAC. Can take the shuttle or walk 5-10 minutes.
