The rooms and breakfast are okay but the parking is horrible. Makayla, the GM, was a nightmare to work with. She was not customer-focused and only wanted to recite policies and procedures. The staff was very fairly accommodating and friendly before she showed up. I'm not sure if she's used to a specific clientele but I'm not the one who will be treated rudely. After staying several days, we checked out and went to another hotel after meeting her. During our stay we asked for our room to be cleaned and was told we had to leave all of our belongings and vacate in order to have the room cleaned. It was a crew of 4 (including a man) to clean one room. They said it was for their safety. Four of them vs. me. Who should have felt unsafe? Again, that leads me to wonder what kind of people really frequent this hotel. Overall, I would say find somewhere else to stay if you can.

FA in-person interview hotel stay

Best hotel, I've stayed at for business trip to Alaska airlines headquarters. Most FA in-person interview should stay here. Its very walkable distance, not bad of a hotel.

Breakfast was limited. No muffins, hot foods were terrible. Coffee was colored water. Had a few homeless people who came in for breakfast. First night had to park off property as there was not enough spots. Room was average, bed was comfortable enough. The one shining item was the number of comfortable pillows was spot on and the bedding was thick enough to provide good temperature management.

Dirty, Unsafe, Disgusting

The place smelled horrible... There were stains all over the sheets... it was extremely noisey, to the point where we could not sleep.. When we pulled in there were about 5 cop cars responding to a call, so from the beginning it was uncomfortable... Will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!!
