The room and bedding was clean. The carpets had stains though. The pool and hot tub were clean and picked up but the hot tub has the old coating which can scratch or gouge into your skin if your not careful. Overall I would stay here again but for the price it really needs to be updated with brand new carpet throughout. The staff were all very friendly nice and helpful.

We have stayed at this location for several years, but feel it has declined somewhat (think no bar, marginal breakfast selections, physical condition showing its age) from our past experience. There are better options in the area at your price point. Time to "polish the stone!"

We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast had lots of variety and there are lots of common spaces indoors and outdoors. The pool area was very relaxing and clean with greenery all around. My only suggestion would be to invest in better pillows and coffee. The staff was super friendly and Bothell was a beautiful community with lots of amenities, we would stay again!

The employees in the breakfast area need to be more mindful of the waffle maker. Every single day we made waffles they stuck because the waffle iron plates need to be replaced. And they really need more than one waffle maker. Everybody was waiting. The rest of the food was meh. The employees in that area also we're not friendly. The room could have been cleaner, there was hair left in the bathroom when We first checked in. The good part was it was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It's also a good location pretty close to the freeway but you can't hear the freeway noise.

Priced right

Things are slowly changing from visit to visit. $100 damage deposit, water that was complimentary last time now $2 a bottle. Room lacking in cleanliness, dusty in corners and dead bugs. Hvac is quite noisy and finicky. But, staff is friendly, bed is clean and comfortable and adequate amenities. Restaurant/ bar now seems closed. It was nice to finally have the pool open and cared for!

Uncomfortable Room

There is nothing wrong with this hotel overall. It's a generic, clean property. Staff were friendly when I checked in. Facility is in nice condition. But the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were small, the upholstered chair was uncomfortable, and climate control in the room was loud. I did not enjoy being in the room, had a terrible night's sleep, and will not come back.

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable also. Renovations are great except for only half the bathroom was remodeled. Why only update half??….shower/tub is old tile. A newly updated walk in shower would be very nice.
