We were in awe of how nice the hotel entrance and lobby once we got off the elevator from the parking lot. The pullout bed could have been better. My husband slept on it with the 2 sheets given. I had to call the next day for a blanket for cushioning and for us to use as a blanket. We were told that our room was upgraded from what was offered but I think the 2 queens would have been best.

I liked the location to this property. I didn’t really like the staff the front desk. People weren’t the most helpful the housekeeping was not on point the parking was really expensive for the hotel guests. Our room was supposed to be an upgrade. It was actually a downgrade from a corner suite to a normal suite. The beds were kind of kicked in. Yeah I wouldn’t say the customer service was the best could’ve been better at this property.
