Checked in late and was given a very crappy room. 4 wine glass outside our room, dirty bathroom, and hair in our bed! No body wash and soap for us to use and shampoo dispenser was almost empty. Was not worth our money. Would like a partial refund!

One of the ladies that works in the omelet station is very rude. We stayed four nights and the first time we had omelets she said where is your card? I said I’m sorry I forgot it. She said make sure you bring it tomorrow. I thought to myself I won’t be over here tomorrow because you are so RUDE!!! I saw her over there every morning. I don’t think she should be working in customer service. If she’s that miserable she needs to find a new job.
