The location of our stay was within walking distance to the Space Needle, and many other areas to enjoy for tourist. Also loved that we weren't too far away from the SEATAC airport. Comfy bed, clean smelling room. The staff was also pleasant to interact with. Would stay again.

Terrible service. They couldn't even give us toilet paper, instead they kept putting a box of tissues there. As a Bonvoy Gold member I usually receive points, drink coupons, waters, and even a room upgrade. At this property nothing. The room was dirty and small.

Paper thin walls, loud clanging sounded like shopping charts ramming walls all night outside our window. Couldn’t get even a hour of sleep. You could hear the people in the rooms beside you flushing toilets opening doors. Just awful.

Better choice

It was very clean. The frost desk was super nice. The breakfast in the morning had a good assortment of choices. Overall, Id stay here again over the more expensive hotel up the street that I stayed at last time.

It reeked like cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. We had to call 2 times to get the heater and the TV to work. Other than these two things, rooms were average. We were on second floor, by alley and it was very noisy until about 1 am and then at 7 am on.

Not having a fan in the bathroom was strange. That is my only dislike. This is the prefect place to stay for a weekend getaway. With a short trip there isn't much need for amenities and fancy food. Being downtown, there are plenty of food options close by. I loved the hotel's choice in shower supplies, they smelled so good!

The lobby and the breakfast room are about the cleanest place. Hallway had garbage on our floor, our room had a good view of space needle but had a bad smell the minute you open the door. Parking is horrible, you have to pay for daily use which is fine but the garage consistently being full. The parking spots are super small and unusable. Would not stay there again.
