Traveling with handicapped mother. I must not have asked for wheelchair accommodation but was able to get her in and out of room and bathroom with little difficulty. One of my keys did not work and my mom was in the bathroom when I left to see if I could get a bag to put her dirty clothes in. I panicked when my key didn’t work and the housekeeper would not let me I. Or check herself with my mom to make sure it was okay for me to go I . My mom was eventually able to get herself off of the toilet and unlocked the door for me

First time here. The night desk agent was awesome. She noted the “special” request on my hotels.com reservation and gave great customer service. Room was comfy. The morning staff were engaged and friendly. Breath of fresh air. Excellent Indian food in the restaurant off the lobby. Fun place.

We ( 4 couples) had just completed an Alaskan cruise and needed a place to spend one night to chill before a long day travel. We ordered pizza and ate by the pool where we sat and relaxed for hours. It was a beautiful hotel and I highly recommend it.
