The man working the evening we checked in was so rude and unapologetic. He never apologized for the inconvenience of having to call 3 times for the shuttle & waiting 40 minutes for a half mile ride. At check in, he never mentioned that then took my reserved room from me and were giving me a downgrade because then over booked the studio king. Again, unapologetic. My experience with him & not getting the room I paid for has made my stay at Hampton In & Suites Seattle airport unpleasant.
