We booked a king bed but they claimed to be out. Plenty of rooms online? So they put us in a double queen room. The sheets were not fitted, just flat. The outlets didn’t work. There was no fan in the bathroom.

Hotel is overpriced for the age and condition. Felt like staying at my grandmas house in the 90s. Hallway resembles the shinning. Restaurant is ridiculous price wise and food and drink was lacking.

We stayed here one night after our Royal Caribbean Celiac Cruise. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful and were able to get us into a room right away. The room was a bit dated but was large, clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with the tank lever breaking in the toilet tank, called the front desk and they sent someone over right away to get it fixed. We were a little nervous that since we were right across from the airport that it would be loud but we did not hear a thing! (rm was on bottom floor, facing the courtyard) Tried out Spencer's Restaurant (right in the hotel) for dinner, informed them that my husband needed gluten free and they were so kind and understanding. They had g.f. bread to use on the burger we ordered - they also offered us a salad or fruit instead of fries (no gluten free items should be fried in the same fryer as regular items, would contaminate the g.f. food) The food was delicious. There is also a shuttle that is included in hotel cost to take you to and from the airport that worked out perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Seattle.

We had a medical emergency in which we needed to call 911 and have my 79 year old husband transported to the hospital. I visited the front seat attendant at 1:30 a.m. not only was he not at all helpful, he didn’t show any empathy or care. Didn’t even know the name of Dr. Anne’s Hospital. Nor look for a printout on how to direct me to help. Upon return from the emergency room, nothing. When delivering key at checkout, never even looked up. The bellman took the key and was nice. Having retired from a hospitality field, this person should not be working behind the desk. He is your front face. I am not sure what was going on, but it was not right. The rest of your staff were amazing and kind throughout the stay.
