It was exactly what i payed for came with towels and soap came with dead bolt and security latch minimal staff interaction awesome just area around the property is a little dirty

I didn't like the screaming children running right outside my room. I didn't like that they don't give you money back if you have to leave a day early. I didn't like how they didn't empty my trash more than once the entire time I was there.

Pubic hair on bathroom counter, poop next to bed, floors very dirty! Other guests loud all night & I could hear room above me all night crying and fighting with her boyfriend! Elevator was disgusting! I was scared to touch anything as it was all dirty! Asked for non smoking room and comforter had cigarette burns in it and was as thin as a sheet! A man was banging on my door at 11 PM and trying to open door & window to get in, called front desk and they told me to call police! Fur nice/air conditioner didn’t work either! Worst experience ever!

I reserved this room almost 4 weeks before I checked in. Upon my arrival to this property, I was informed that the water would be turned off from Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. The staff member said she apologized for not calling me to ask if this was acceptable.
