The hotel was really nice. The way it looked, the convenient location, right by the convention center, and the kind front desk staff made this an excellent stay. I'd stay here again. I brought a group of students for a convention, and this was a good place for our group.

Location is very close to the Conference Center and is an easy walk. The personnel at the front desk were helpful in regard to finding transportation to the airport. Very comfortable room.

Hotel Theodore is top notch

Great independent hotel with lots of history. Nice amenities and cozy bed. Restaurant in lobby was quite pretentious and they made us feel not wanted...so we left. Great thing is there plenty of great places to eat and drink. But the hotel staff was really great!
