GREAT

The customer service and check in agents were great very polite and super easy to check in. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel also great. Great location even though the hotel is under construction accommodation were awesome. I booked a night earlier then expected but they checked me in had me ready to go. I will stay here again.

I understand that construction was going on. But i arrived at the hotel at 11pm. It was dark, creepy and not very inviting. The sign was damaged No lights, parking was limited due to those huge containers. Never again not even after construction is done.

Lots and lots of construction. Felt like it was a vacant building when we arrived in the shuttle. The shuttle staff was very good (both at 7 pm and 5:30 am) as was the person at the front desk when we checked out. Not a great experience checking in as we didn't really feel the person cared if we were there or not.

A short but pleasant stay!

The staff at La Quinta at Seatac were really great and our room was clean, modernized and quiet. We got in after midnight and so were a bit too late upon rising to enjoy breakfast which closed at 9am but other than that, our stay was lovely. And the shuttle drivers to airport were great. There is a lot of construction going on at the hotel but thw upgrades we saw were good.

Convenient to the airport - which is actually in walking distance if you prefer that to the shuttle. No parking fee - thats almost unheard of these days.

The hotel is a bit outdated but they were very deep into remodeling during our stay. They made extra effort to ensure the remodeling did not have a negative impact on our stay. They send me an email more than a week out from our visit to inform us of the remodeling and what to expect and left room for cancelation if felt we did not want to stay because of it. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable. There were not a ton of dinning options but we did find a place within walking distance that had great food. Also free shuttle from the airport.
