Hotel did not advertise the extent of the construction on the property. No window views, gym partially under construction, elevator not working, breakfast limited, A/c heating unit loud and inconsistent. This property should be less then 2 stars under construction and 50% cheaper then surrounding hotels.

Check in was a breeze. I had previously checked in online, so that made the process very easy.There are no steps to negotiate to get into the hotel. Elevators are good sized. Room keys are typical card keys. The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation.. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room is relatively large with ample room for at least 4 suitcases if needed. There is a closet, large TV, a small refrigerator, more than ample drawers to store clothes, 2 nitestands, 2 queen sized beds, 1 chair, a large bench for a suitcase a safe, and a fairly large desk. Bathroom is nice with a shower stall and a sink, and toilet. All fixtures appear adequate. There are 2 places to eat in the hotel. Denny's and Jack-in-the-box are very near. Wifi reception is sporadic. I measured 46 MBPS upload and 10 MBPS download both in reception area and in our room last nite but only 1-5 MBPS download I ad in my room this morning There are ample USB A outlets to charge your devices. There is one USB C outlet The carpet and rooms in general appear old, but they are renovating. The complimentary breakfast h ad as options: tea, coffee, oranges, yogurt, muffins, bananas, toast, bagels, peanut butter, waffles. They do have dedicated receptacles for recycling, but they are in the reception area and not the dining area

The property was under renovation, which I didn't have a real problem with.The problem was that when we arrived, the Uber driver pulled into the parking lot but the main entrance was closed for renovation and there was no signage indicating where the entrance was. It was a side entrance without any signage, and to access it, you had to pull out of the main parking lot onto the road and enter the property via another driveway.

Like - the front desk lady that helped me get the wi-fi on my tablet and helped me to send messages. Did not like that the airport shuttle took over 1 hour to pick us up at the airport to bring us to your hotel.

Under the bed were dirty! Smoke of something burning one night. The night lady at front counter was good, very nice and helpful. Other staff was not ask for more towels never received them, seemed annoyed except for night lady at front desk. Had to wait outside at night 40 minutes for shuttle along with others.

Called front desk for pick up. Was told to be at B3 in 15 min. Arrived on time. Waited and call hotel. z NO ANSWER. LET IT RING 6 MIN. Finally got thru was THEN was told to look for Hampton Inn blue van. In the lower front near door was an 8 x 12 typed paper saying La Quinta . We were left for over an hour in the cold damp rainy parking area. It is inexcusable not to be to look for a blue Hampton Inn van. The hotel is under construction. Horrible mess. Was not informed of this when reservation was made. Was told our room was ready. Arrived at room. Key didnt work. Housekeeping was on the floor. He verified our room and opened the door, only to find it occupied. My husband was irrate. Our new room was at the end of the hall. Scaffolding at the window. Train noise evident. No coffee pot. Hot and cold lever backwards. No safety bar in shower. A serious hazzard . Breakfast not as advertised. Informed of limited selection when were arriv ed. All in all a miserable experience. To pay full price for a hotel undergoing major reconstruction is gouging. On a positive note the interior was clean. We will never stay in a La Quinta again

Airport shuttle was difficult to find as it was not labeled as La Quinta. Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. Hotel is under major construction so some things can be overlooked. Tile floor in room 311 is very dirty. White tile in bathroom and entryway have major black dirt stains. I was able to remove stains in the bathroom with a cloth, some water, and some serious rubbing. The area I cleaned returned to a white color from the black I started with. The heater/cooler in this room is inconsistent and runs constantly. It will heat up to a degree above set temp and then air conditioner turns on cooling the temp to a degree or two below set temp, followed by heater turning on again. This cycle constantly repeats! The staff have been very easy to work with and have gone out of their way to accommodate my wife and I.
