Given the facility is under renovation (as it should be because it is an older, well-worn hotel). Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is okay…nothing to write home about. We lost hot shower water the next morning about 8:30 AM. The hotel prices in the surrounding SeaTac area are very expensive so this facility offers a good, clean hotel with a moderate quality breakfast for a reasonable rate.

Used this hotel because of 24 hour shuttle and I had to go to airport at 5 am. Shuttle left early so missed it and 530 shuttle had so many people waiting to use it I took Lyft instead. Found out shuttles do not take you to departure gate but same place where they pick you up. I use walking canes so glad I took Lyft to departures. Room was very clean though and convenient dining options

No rowing machine. Broken stationary bike. Some of the dumbbells were missing. No pullup bar or pulldown machine. Good wifi, bed, and room. Breakfast had no oatmeal or fruit and only one non-sugary cereal package.

The workers made too much noise when I was sleeping it was bad for getting rest. I told them about it. They had one elevator due to a problem with the other one. Pool was being worked on so no swimming was allowed. Some areas being worked on so the money was too much to stay there. They should have given people a discount.

The rooms were okay. It’s seems to have had a recent inside the rooms renovation maybe 5 years ago. But the building itself needs a paint job and cleaning up of the ground. Front staff were always nice. The free breakfast was a bit to be desired.

A dying hotel that offers the bare minimum for the price. Shoddy wifi. Underwhelming breakfast bar. Room “appears” clean but I am giving the benefit of the doubt. You can see cracks everywhere. The smell of cigarette smoke lingers in the hallway. This is the type of hotel that squeezes out more profit by decreasing expenses rather than making customers happy. You get what you pay for.

I asked for a wake up call at 4 AM because I had a flight at 8 AM. I never got the wake up call and also when I checked into my room, the credenza where the TV is had all kinds of juice or something. It was all sticky so evidently they didn’t clean that other than that the room was fine.

Staff friendly, shuttle driver got us to the light rail for a trip downtown and to the airport. Channels on TV are a mess - guide didn't match channels - was difficult to find anything worth watching. No onsite vending machines - but burger joint and gas station nearby. they are remodeling. Was good, will be better!

We had just gotten off of a cruise ship, and wanted to relax. The young last at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, very neat. My only negative comment is that there were hairs on the floor in the bathroom. They were longish black hairs, and I'm blonde and my son is a redhead.
