At check-in the young woman was efficient, but not welcoming at all. Never smiled once. Check out was a much better employee. Very friendly. This hotel has been under renovation for quite some time, and allegedly they're almost done. In my estimation it's been done on the cheap. Breakfast option was a waffle and syrup. Yup that's it. Was going to stay here in July, but I have to rethink it.

Best value for my dollar - hotel is value priced but is also very clean, the beds are comfy, and the breakfast is usually a full fresh hot meal with many options. I usually stay at La Quintas when they are available.

Promixty to SeaTac with Shuttle bus service. The hotel is nicely redone, staff is ok but like so many establishments in the Seattle area, the number of staff is greatly reduced causing waits to check in or check out if the staff are busy with duties outside of the reception desk.

Since it’s being remodeled, the outside looks questionable but the inside is decent for the price! Our room was mostly clean. Strands of hair and a few stains on one of the comforters. The desk had spills that were not cleaned up and there were crumbs under one of the chairs. There was a space in the window that was not fully sealed so it was a little cold and drafty. I put a towel in front of it to try and keep the cold out. The heat would not stay at the temp we set it on so we had to keep messing with it to keep it warm in there. The breakfast was good and there was a good variety. Some more hot options would have been awesome (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc).
