There was a toxic mildew cleaner smell in the hall and the bathroom of my room. I had to keep the window open all night to get fresh air even with cold and safety concerns. Also, the pillows are rock hard and extremely thick. I almost bought a new pillow for my second night (since I had booked 2) but instead used a sweatshirt as a pillow.

The room was very clean and there was plenty of bedding, normally going to hotels theres just a sheet or something. Not here, they had full bedding and great accommodations. The staff was very nice and helpful too!
