This was a truly beautiful stay from check-in to check-out. We arrived just after 6 a.m., and the receptionist, Tahura, was incredibly helpful and managed to get us a room within a very reasonable time which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and with stunning city views. We dined at the international restaurant and the food was excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Faquel (or was he Fariquel?) and Sumon, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. Although this is clearly a very busy hotel, everything was impeccably maintained , the pools were clean, the grounds were well kept, and everything was just beautiful. Special mention also to the two African gentlemen (from Uganda and Cameroon) at the Waterpark station in the hotel lobby; they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Overall, an outstanding experience. 10/10 - highly recommended.

3rd vacation at the Grand Hyatt and it didn’t disappoint.. amazing staff & service , facilities and food .. Club level lounge was wonderful and the hotel now has the bonus of its own on site Water Park.

Our room and housekeeping were excellent. The restaurant staff were lovely- particularly Lissa, Mohit, Ajmal, Kumar & Faiz who looked after us well all week and gave us a lovely send off for our last meal. The Christmas Day spread and activities there were amazing, although not cheap. The waterpark was brilliant and we made full use of it - not sure we would have visited so frequently had it not been included in our package. The only downside to the hotel, for us with a 7 year old, was a lack of activity in the evenings and no obvious lounge/relaxing space inside or outside in the evening. The outside bar area closed relatively early and the one time we wanted a drink there, we left because no-one came to take our order.

The hotel was grand, lovely, and very clean. The rooms were a good size and spotless. We had a rollaway bed for our 10-year-old, which was comfortable and convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety of options, with plenty to choose from. We would definitely recommend the Rolly Polly Kids Club — our boys really enjoyed it! The only downside was the pool area, which felt quite packed. The sunbeds were too close together, and there wasn’t a clear path to reach the pool. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Nothing grand about this Hyatt. It’s a mix of a cheap mall and super busy loud family resort with no sound proofing. Don’t waste your money here, much better hotel and food options nearby.
