This property is worn out! It needs to be gutted and rebuilt. It is amazing anything functions there with all of the deferred maintenance on full display.

Excellent stay

Everything was excellent! We arrived late at 11PM but the receptionist was very nice and professional. We loved the bed! It's very comfortable. Everything was clean and the room had a nice smell unlike other hotels we stayed previously. It was a bonus as the check in and out online ahead of time saved us time at the counter. We will definitely stay here again and would like to recommend this hotel to everyone💝

I arrived several hours before check-in and the staff allowed guests into their rooms once housekeeping was completed, without the upcharge. Very accommodating. It was also really nice having the casino attached. While it is not a true full casino (pull tabs and blackjack tables), it was fun none the less. Additionally, it was Sunday, and happy hour runs all day. Makes for nice when coming off of a flight and you're tired, would like a cocktail or a beer and something to eat. Pricey on the meals but the portions are HUGE. The breakfast was hot, the area was clean, and the cook was attentive on making sure the food was delish. Obviously, the property is older, but honestly, if you are looking that hard, go to the Conrad, or a 5 Star resort. The bed was snuggly and the pillows were perfect. I slept well.

Never ever again Terrible

The most terrifying experience for a woman going to a hotel. There was no heater in my room, no hot water for over 7 hours, changed rooms and the next room had no hair dryer all the tv stations were fuzzy like I needed bunny ears to make it work, again no hot water for over 7 hours, checked in changed rooms and stayed less than a full 24 hours. Room was also wreaking of mold. There was a dog barking and the property isn’t a pet friendly hotel. I was afraid to sleep in the place after dark. I was on a family emergency trip for a family member’s surgery. All I wanted was a hot shower, warm room and to watch some TV until I fell asleep…. Fail, Fail, failure of any integrity on any quality and shame on them for charging me to stay in a place that has no hot water for over 7 hours I stayed less than 7 hours and was charged 145.00
