The staff was amazing! Very nice, helpful and they really appeared to care that we enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, clean but could use some updating. Wallpaper coming off the wall and small bathroom. However, it was clean and a comfy bed and I felt safe.

Room was spacious but worn, wall paper was peeling, cutains had rips, walls had bubbling paint and chunks missing and beat up around the sink and shower. Was ok but def worn. At least the LOUD LOUD music at 1am got handled after a call to the front desk. Staff was pleasant, lobby was very nice, breakfast was decent and never ran out of anything.

It is a old hotel, with old rooms and as an example TV that only does analog. You only get housekeeping if you go to the front desk and demand it. Nice lobby, but the rooms look like from the 70's. The free breakfast was actually better than expected although the same thing day after day. Some of the staff is nice, although English is a second language. One morning someone that I presume is homeless was getting the free breakfast as they don't check and then tried to take two hands full with him.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. When checking in, I was told that my room would be cleaned on the second day. I reminded the staff that I wanted the room cleaned. The room was not cleaned and they said sorry but the cleaning staff had already left. This was unacceptable and did not reflect well on the management of the property.
