This is the best of the budget SeaTac hotels. The building itself is pretty old/outdated, but it's very clean, very comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful.

Receptionist was very friendly & cheerful. The shuttle driver was kind enough, but didn’t smile much. Our shower drain was rusty. Good enough for a one night stay after being bumped off from a flight.

I spent 3 nights, not once was my room cleaned. The door key had to be reprogrammed each day. I’m disabled, had to walk from the parking lot to my room, only to have to go back down to get the key programmed again and again.

Room was okay. You do have to pay for parking which is inconvenient since the parking area is not secure. There was vomit by the elevator entrance in the parking lot which was gross.

I think the fact the coffee was just like dirty water and they didn't care was like the final straw. They also would not send the shuttle 3 minutes away to pick me up from car rental return. It was $85/night and I got what I paid for. It was worth it for the price but be clear about that.
