My stay was short and sweet. The room setup was perfect, and I loved it. What I expected is what I got. Thank you to Isaiah for the quick response. Everything from the check-in, during my stay, until I checked out was fine except the following: quick check-in, but failed to educate me on my charges at the time I checked in. The bathroom sink was draining slowly (backing up), and lastly, the checkout process was quick and easy, but I didn’t get my receipts upon checking out. Per instructions from the second representative, when asked for a breakdown of my charges. “ A receipt will be provided when checking out.” The last representative provided no options for how I would like to receive my receipt. But, said “ will provide a receipt after they audit the room (idk). I have never had this issue before. But oh well, I will wait for my receipts. Besides the minor issues, everything else about the place was greatly appreciated and will continue to stay there next time I visit Seattle.
