Please double-check your parking charges carefully. I booked a room that clearly included free parking. However, at check-in, staff insisted that parking was not included and only admitted their mistake after rechecking my reservation.
I thought the issue was resolved, but a few days after my stay, I was still charged for parking. When I called, I was told the charge would be refunded within a few days. After waiting nearly a month, the refund was finally processed—but it was incomplete. I was charged CAD 78.90 and refunded only CAD 75.
The same issue happened to other guests in my group, which makes this situation difficult to see as a simple mistake. While the hotel itself was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable, the billing process and staff handling of parking charges seriously undermined the overall experience.
