Very spacious for an average room size. The view of the city was a nice touch to the room. Also Lyft drivers were very accessible literally would come in 1-2 mins. Very close to the shopping center. The downside was not having a microwave or mini fridge and the food downstairs was overpriced. Other than that everything was great I loved the fireplace in the lounge

Great hotel for a girl's weekend. Lovely rooms. I found it hard to sleep, so bring your melatonin. Breakfast at the hotel is okay.

This has always been my favorite place to stay in Seattle. However, it is showing its age. Lots of dings in the paint, stains on the carpet, furniture tears and cracks and missing shears on the windows. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was rust and mildew in the bathroom, what looked like pee stains around the base of the toilet and next to the bed, there were two items that were dropped on the floor from previous guests. If they didn’t catch that, what else was missed?? Customer service both at check in and check out was mediocre and room service was unfriendly. Prices at the restaurant have skyrocketed. I stay here at least once a year, but often more than once for several years now. But I will be looking for a new place.
