Too cold to shower

The Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to stay with one exception. The water was way too cold to shower. I tried switching rooms, but it was still too cold. I would have given it a 5 out of 5 otherwise.

I bought a king room and the door didn’t open, the staff put me in a double small beds and said we will give you kind later, they never gave me a king room or gave a partial refund for making me stay in a cheaper / unwanted room. Then either staff or someone kept charging food to my room when I never ordered a single item during my stay. The staff was u helpful and kept giving misinformation / lies. I will be calling corporate to file a complain and request a refund. Highly not recommended.

Great stay in Seattle.

The hotel is near the airport, a convenience for us since we did not want the hustle of being downtown. We arrived in Seattle around 10 am and went straight to the hotel. They allowed us to check in which was a huge relief. The room was clean and the staff was great. A big thanks to Araceli for being so cordial.

The problem I had was the smell of fried grease permeating the air from the time I entered the lobby all the way to the elevator to go up to my room. And again I was hit with the smell as I exited the elevator when I came down to leave the hotel. The smell made me gag and made my stay somewhat unenjoyable.

Overpriced for cold showers

We missed our connecting flight. Booked what was shown in price $125 plus 22$ in taxes and fees. Ended up paying $198 Man at check in was very accommodating. Next morning could not get shower wayer temperature past cool.

The people working there were very nice I had to check out early, family matter back in Ny, Checked in io Thursday, Checked out Friday, I paid to Monday, I got NO refund,As I was getting ready to get into bed, I noticed A Huge Urine Stain on the Mattress, A real turn off!
